Yamas (restraints)… awareness of obstacles in life

Niyamas (practices) … disciplines removing obstacles in life

Pranayama (breath control)… access of the life force

Asana (physical stances & postures) … stability and expression of life

Dharana (concentration) …. matching frequency through focus

Pratyahara (withdrawal of the outside world) … accessing the inner world of oneness

Dhyana (meditation) … channel to the infinite

Samadhi (bliss) … one’s ever present joy
