Nadishodhana Pranayama
Alternate Nostril Breath (9:15)
This technique balances the polarities of the body and mind.
The right and left hemispheres of the brain are harmonized,
creating a profound gentle balance of all systems
allowing access to the true divine presence.

Kriya Pranayama
Awareness or Cleansing Breath (6:57)
This technique cleans and opens the chakra column
so prana may flow harmoniously throughout.
Kriya pranayama is the practice of bringing
the awareness to the base of the spine
and drawing it upward to the mid brain.
An inner cleansing occurs as the awareness moves
from the lower centers to the higher One self.

Prema Dhyana
