I.  Sita and the Golden Deer ~ an excerpt from the Ramayana
Evil Rawana sends his beautiful yet deceptive golden deer to allure Sita from Rama.

II.  Sleeping Buddha ~The awakening of the Buddha presence in all ~
inspired by the four archetypal stances in the Buddha’s life ~
Sitting, Standing, Motion, and Reclining Buddha.  Traditional Shaolin martial arts
movements for immortality are the woven throughout this dance meditation.

III.  Sunda Upasaunda ~ a tale of two brothers who grew up to be very powerful
and of one mind.  Together they embark upon a journey of world domination
beginning with extreme ascetisism.  They develop such heat the Gods become alarmed
and try to distract them.  Finally Brahma is moved to action sending beautiful Tilottama
to bring dissent to the brothers. Seeing Tilottama the brothers begin fighting over her…
to their own demise.  Sunda and Upasunda kill one another.
Upon their death, world order is reestablished.

As though one had just issued life
from the hand of God.

to any phenomenon that is visibly sustained
by the intense consumption of a superior energy.

This can also be a dance of the Mother
Feminine Lover & Beautiful Earth

Move into the dance of Shiva
the dance of new creations
shaping dreams into light and form
Creativity in its fullest!
This can also be a dance of the Father
Male Love & Cosmic Brilliance.

Now culminate this dance of bliss
with the dance of Oneness
knowing all exists
knowing all is possible
Simply dancing more impossibility
into pure possibility

Dancing with the ancestors
divine guidance
and all beings

with gratitude, joy, and ecstasy
